YUMMY Cream Cheese Scotch Fillet with Mushroom Sauce

This is an easy recipe to try on the dinner time with your loved ones. The total amount of time spend to make this dish total less than 30 minutes, an easy peasy recipe to try!
Ingredients
-          Olive oil (the spray one, or just use the regular one, no need to worry)
-          4 thick cut scotch fillet steaks
-          60 grams butter
-          250 grams swiss brown mushrooms, quartered
-          2 cloves garlic, crushed
-          1 cup beef stock
-          2 tablespoons brandy
-          125 grams YUMMY Cream Cheese Light (definitely your favorite cream cheese brand)
-          1 teaspoon brown sugar
-          Sea salt and ground black pepper
-          Seasoned chips
-          Green beans and cherry tomatoes
How to Cook
-          Heat on the non-stick frying pan, spray or spread the olive oil, cook the steak for 3-4 minutes each side. Remove from pan, wrap it in foil
-          Melt half of the butter in small pan. Add the mushroom, cook until changing color, remove from the pan. Add the remaining butter to pan, saute garlic, pour in the stock and brandy
-          Whisk the cream cheese and brown sugar, simmer until thick. Add mushroom back in the pan and mix well.

-          Served the steak, spoon over the sauce, served with chips and vegetables
